I would like to personally welcome you to Life in the Ripples.  This website has been created out of a passion I have for living life every day like it matters.  If I could, I would offer you a cup of coffee and a cozy chair to kick your feet up and some time to let your guard down and be real!  We all need safe spots…I pray that you can consider this one of those spots. 

Throughout my life, I have personally seen how our choices, attitudes and priorities all affect, not only us, but those around us.  I have seen some of the ripple effects I have created cause amazing ripples.  God has used some of my most favorite moments in life for His glory.  I have also seen some of my most horrific moments cause horrible ripples that have permeated to other lives.  I cannot change the ripples of my past…none of us can.  But I can prayerfully live every day in awareness that this life is not about me.  It’s not even about my family, my time, my home.  It is all about a gracious God that loves us and wants us to love Him and others with every fiber of our being. 

Each day, by God’s grace, I make the choice of what kind of ripples I want to create.  Why not make them good ones?   The truth is, we may not always make the best ripples…but we can choose to make better ones, in hopes that they intersect with those we wish we could change.  So join me as we live life in the ripples…there is no escaping them, so let’s embrace them!
